Before registering in the application, you need to read and agree to the user Agreement and Privacy policy.

If you are satisfied with the conditions, specify your phone number, to which an SMS with a code will be sent to complete registration. Enter the code from the SMS in the field that opens and click on the "Register" button.

Congratulations, you have registered in the app!

If you log out of your account, to log in again, you will only need to specify your phone number and a new one-time password, which will be sent by SMS. To continue working, you need to fill out a profile.

Driver's registration

Creating a profile
To create a profile, click on the "Fill profile" button on the main screen or on the "Profile" button in the main menu.

All fields, except patronymic and trailer number, are required to be filled in:
surname and first name, TIN, registration address, valid email (notifications and documents will be sent to it), type and state number of the vehicle, regions of loading and unloading.

You can specify a maximum of 5 loading and unloading regions. For the selected regions, you will receive offers for cargo transportation. Carefully choose the regions, because only those orders whose loading and unloading points coincide with your loading and unloading points will be available to you.

To complete the profile creation, click on the "Save" button.
If necessary, you can add or change the information after creating a profile, as well as change the regions of loading and unloading.
Orders
To view orders, click on the "Orders" button in the main menu of the application. There are 3 sections on this screen:
  • In the "Exchange" section, all published orders by the cargo owner are displayed with a short description of the product information, for a detailed study, you need to click on the "More Details" button.
  • In the "Responses" section, all orders that you responded to in the "Exchange" section are displayed, and now they are under consideration by the customer. There will also be personal invitations from customers and refusals.
  • The "Accepted" section displays the orders assigned to you that the customer has approved for you. There may be several orders that you will fulfill in the future, and a maximum of one active order – that is, an order in progress.
Market
In this section, you can view orders with the same loading and unloading regions that you specified in your profile. To view a specific order, click on the "More Details" button.

After that, a screen will open with detailed information about the order: the type of cargo, the number of races, the rate, the cost for one raceand for the entire order, the weight for one race, the weight of the entire cargo, the timing of loading
and unloading, who pays for fuel, the frequency of payment, information about the customer. On this screen you can request an order if the conditions suit you.

You can also set your own bid.

After the response, the order will go to the customer for consideration.
Responses
This section will display all the orders that you have responded to in the "Exchange" section, and now they are

under consideration by the customer. There will also be personal invitations from customers and refusals.
Such orders are indicated by the hourglass symbol, the status indicates "awaiting confirmation". When you click on the "more details" button, you are redirected to the screen with the details of the order. You can also cancel the order at this stage without any consequences.
If you specified your bid, your bid will be displayed in the order card instead of the price for the race.
Refusals
These are orders that were
under consideration by the customer
and which the customer eventually rejected. Such orders are indicated by a cross icon.

Orders that were

and which he eventually approved go to the "accepted" section.
Indicated by the letter icon. This is an order addressed by the customer to you personally. You can accept or reject it.

This section contains the orders assigned to you that the customer has approved for you. There may be several orders that you will fulfill in the future, and a maximum of one active order – that is, an order in progress.

Accepted orders cannot match the deadlines: if you try to take another order with the deadlines that match another order, the system will give an error.


You can cancel an already accepted order only before departure. Also, at the end of one race, it is possible to cancel the next race. However, we recommend using this feature only in case of urgent need! When the order has already been accepted, customers count on you. Don't let them down! Customers will give more orders to a well-proven driver. Also, frequent racecancellations will have a bad effect on the rating (at the moment, the rating system of customers and drivers is at the testing stage).
Race performance
When it comes time to start the first race on the order, the order goes to the status "Order accepted" and is located in the "Accepted" section, to start the race, you need to click on the "Start race" button. By clicking on the "Start race" button on this screen (or on the "start ... from ... races" button if there is more than one racein the order), you notify the customer that you have left for the race(at this moment he receives a corresponding notification).

Each race consists of 4 steps:
arrival for loading
, departure of data and photos of the TTN on loading
, arrival for unloading
, departure of data and photos of the TTN on unloading

The execution of each of the four steps is recorded by the customer, so the driver does not have to additionally notify the customer about what stage the cargo is at at the moment.

Upon completion of the entire order (that is, all races that were in the order), the driver can evaluate the order fulfillment process according to several criteria.

At the time of completion of the order, all documents are automatically sent to your email.
